Breath & Backbone is a 12-week private coaching experience for anyone ready to reconnect with their truth — and show up for themselves in a deeper, more grounded way.

This is not a program for perfection.
It’s a guided return to presence.

Together, we’ll use breathwork, cold exposure, mindset coaching, journaling, and gentle accountability to help you move through fear, resistance, and old patterns into clarity, confidence, and self-trust.
