Ice SCREAM is my signature program for emotionally processing life's experiences, connecting with your most honest self and releasing what no longer serves you using the power of psychedelic breathwork, somatic screams, ice baths and my unique coaching to integrate your experiences.

The Sampler consists of three sessions over a months time and includes one-on-one work in between sessions.

To determine if we are a good fit, a curiosity call is required.  This is very powerful and transformational work, and I do have limited availability for this program.
