Guided Ice Bath

Service Description

For those new to the cold or new to ice baths, this is a sensory, immersive mindful meditation experience for moving through the cold of an ice bath with calm intention. It is one on one experience and we will explore your intention, practice some simple- but powerful- breath work together, and end powerfully, feeling alive and focused on your path ahead.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule please allow for at least 24 hours. Each appointment not canceled or rescheduled is non-refundable. By scheduling you are taking ownership of that time and this guarantees your ice bath and prevents anyone else from being able to schedule it into their day.
