Service Description

Contrast therapy experience combines the powerful healing modalities of sauna and ice bath to revitalize you mind and body! You will have up to 30 minutes in the infrared sauna where you will be still and breathe. Unwinding, relaxing and experiencing the cleansing effects of a deep sweat. After the sauna your body will have a few minutes to adapt to room temperature before you move to the ice bath where you will step into the cold water. Renate will offer as much or as little support as you require. Please show up in your swim suit, bring two towels as well as any questions you may have.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule please allow for at least 24 hours. Each appointment not canceled or rescheduled is non-refundable. By scheduling you are taking ownership of that time and this guarantees your ice bath and prevents anyone else from being able to schedule it into their day.
