NOTE, IMPORTANT: Please disregard the hours listed available on my calendar. This service is especially beautiful at sunrise but is available from dawn to dusk, 7 days a week, completely dependent on mutual agreement. You MUST contact me to schedule this service, I can not honor any appointment scheduled through this website for this service as I have to factor in travel time, tides and weather! I am available for you and your very own wild-water experience. I have personally guided hundreds of people into the Puget Sound and look forward to guiding you! Whether you want one-on-one time, where I provide everything you need for a comfortable experience, including neoprene gloves and booties, a towel and a changing robe- or you organize a few friends that you want to share the experience with. This experience is perfect for team building, family get togethers, celebrations of life or celebrations of anything that you want to cement into your bodies cellular memory. We will come together to decide on a day and time, plus choose from one of several beautiful Puget Sound locations.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule please allow for at least 24 hours. Each appointment not canceled or rescheduled is non-refundable. By scheduling you are taking ownership of that time and this guarantees your ice bath and prevents anyone else from being able to schedule it into their day.
