"Labyrinth of Reflection: A Cold Water Retreat"

Take some sacred time for YOU.

The Cold Water Crone, Renate Rain, will be taking you on a multi-layered journey at this retreat, using the earths very first element, water, to remind you of your connection to life.   To the importance of being as opposed to thinking.  

We will, together;

Explore going with the flow with two cold plunges into the Salish Sea. 

Practice slowing down and being present as we engage our breath, mind and body in a living labyrinth, during a walking meditation.

Experience a SHERPA Session of different breathwork flows, in a desert tent heated by a smokeless fire.

Move out of our head and into our heartspace with a cacao ceremony and guided meditation at the beach.

Journal our journey with thoughtful journal prompts on the beautiful, lush property of the retreat!

Break bread together over a remarkable homemade hot lunch.

Be overjoyed by all of the simple pleasures that you will find on the property!

BONUS: A icebath social follow-up with retreat attendee's, Saturday, December 16th with coffee, tea, and an ice bath each at Cold Confidence in Lakewood where we can re-connect, share, and support one another in a true ice bath in the Morozko Forge, Coco! (a $50 value)

Sunday:   8 AM- 11:30 AM

Please join me for a two-day retreat, with evenings spent in the comfort of your own homes.  This allows you to fully immerse yourself in the retreat experience during the day while still enjoying the familiarity and coziness of your own space in the evenings.  

However, there is one guest bedroom and a one-bed treehouse that are available for Saturday night for an additional fee, (paid to the owner of the property) and include breakfast Sunday morning, first come first serve.

This retreat offers a truly intimate setting with very specific attention being paid to deliberate and mindful goals. To ensure  deep connection and individual attention, I am limiting participation.
