Service Description

Community is the secret sauce of a full life. Brene Brown says that we are wired for connection... to be in connection with others. That we are not meant to do life alone. We will come together for 8 weeks and be fully present not only for one another, but for ourselves. We will show up with courage and we will rumble with vulnerability as we explore the book, Dare to Lead. There is no other way through. I have been fortunate to take the Dare to Lead Training program (5.5 months) twice now, and facilitated an 8 week read-a-long study group twice as well. I have access to many Brene Brown resources and am continually working on the skills I learned but I am not certified to facilitate the curriculum, or charge for my time in doing so. I lead this program out of love for the content and love for the people who want to show up more courageously in their own lives, because we are all leaders in our lives- whether it be at our job or in our family. The cost associated with this course is the cost of a weekly ice bath, the cost of my Ice Addict Weekly membership, your learning comes at the cost of your time and energy put in as you stretch and grow! You are welcomed to pay up front, or sign up for the membership and cancel after 2 months , email me if this is your preference. We will study together, discuss the book , and we will ice bath every week. There will be a reading assignment, and questions that we answer most often together, in the group. We meet for 2 hours a week. Please come wearing your swim suit and with a towel, notebook and something to write with. Along with our reading assignments, we will communicate through a FB group. Expect to learn a lot about yourself and one another as well as form new friendships!
