Let's get together and celebrating the week-end, the Cold Moon, and the final full moon of the year, in community! We will integrate a variety of breath work methods, really tapping you in to your breath and taking you on an adventure using the power that is waiting to be unlocked from within you! We will be outdoors, in a very large tent heated by fire... we will have integration and warm drinks plus healthy snacks and we will also enjoy a full moon ceremony as this is such a special full moon! Each person will then be guided through an ice bath with as little or as much support as they would like, outdoors- under the light of the Cold Moon! There will be a second fire nearby for maximum comfort. Come enjoy this one-of-a-kind experience with Certified SHERPA Breath & Cold Instructors, Renate Rain and Don Powers as you get comfortable, uncomfortable, get in touch with your breath, then step into the ice and really get to know yourself better! The water will be frigidly cold but the community is warm and welcoming! Wear comfortable, WARM, clothing and swimsuit, warm socks. Layers are highly recommended. Bring towels, and a water bottle. Extra blanket(s) and pillow for extra comfort as we will be outside.
